Everyone Must Fall
By- Adnan KachinsI am a commerce graduate from the Mumbai University and presently working as a Production Manager with a garment-manufacturing firm. I have been working here for the past four years.
Writing poems is not something I have been doing for a long time. I started writing in 1996 and since then I make it a point to write at least a poem a week. I like writing poems on love and friendship though I get most of my inspirations from events that happen in my own life. My poems have rhyming couplets, as I believe everything in this world comes in pairs. I like my poetry to be simple and straight to the point. They have no big words or strange phrases, just pure and simple thoughts.
My all time favorite is a beautiful piece called "Stopping by the woods on a snowy evening" by Robert Frost. Something about that poem makes me read it over and over again.

The sad thing about life is that you never know when it'll end
Today, tomorrow crossing the road or turning the bend
You may be a king or a rodent on the street
Some day somewhere your death you will meet
Of all things in life one thing is so clear
You will never know if your death is near
Even a sick man will never want to lose
If its suffering or death, suffering he will choose
That's why it's important to live life for the day
Spread the message of love and joy in any possible way
Cause in time you will perish but your memories will stay
And only for a good mans soul will the mortals pray
So don't cry for the departed, cause they can see your pain
And with this grief and sorrow their virgin souls they'll stain
So think of the deceased with a smile on your face
Cause somewhere far in heaven they have found their place
