Momentary Rapture
Ayesha Dayakar

I have been writing for long long time now and i can't imagine what i would do if i didn't write. Its not just a thing about mking a career, its about my need to vent all that i see, observe, feel and know. And after a long time of collecting all that i had ever written, i put the whole thing together and released my first book Voices on Paper" in May this year. I look at this as the begining for a lot more is on its way. There are so many people who might be a part of the end result of this book being released but most of all, its my parents.... I got married in June this year and have moved to Chennai with my husband. Its now a new life and a new feeling. So here i am back to what i do best; see, observe and know, just so i can write.....To read Ayesha's past writings click here

In the shadows of an after dream state...they were some visions...
Some thoughts that I came upon...
These were shadows of the past, of a yesterday....
Such an adrenaline in knowing, something from the night before...
Not recognizing the relation but idealizing its core...
What is this rush! what is this high!!?
What has time frame got to do with it, whats this last night by!!?
Ah such are what dreams are made off...
A feel good flash...a reverie to lull me back to sleep
A slumber, so sweet; so when I wake, this vision I can keep
