Breast Cancer Ribbon Woman- a definition of strength, love, hope, perception, passion, compassion, understanding, warmth, home, peace, dedication, patience, responsibility, trust, wisdom... a very important person in our life!

A woman starts her life defining her strength. Even before she is born, she takes the acid test that fortifies this fact. The X chromosome which determines a girl proves a stronger survivor than the Y chromosome which determines the boy! After many physical and emotional developments in her life, she matures to be a woman. And this woman is what we are talking about today.

Everyone, women and men alike would agree, that life in every stage revolves around a woman. Woman is the mother, the wife, the sister, the daughter, the girlfriend, the grandmother, the mother- in- law, the sister- in- law, the daughter- in- law, the granddaughter...! Each woman in every role is very important in our life.

Your heart and mind are entwined with this woman, the woman who bore you for nine months and went through the pains of childbirth. The woman who cared for you and loved you for what you are, the person who was your best fan but also your best critic! The person who made home a heaven. The woman with whom you have an unbreakable bond, your mother.

She is your, friend, lover, wife, companion, admirer, supporter, your better half, your soul mate and your children's mother...! Life is good if wife is good!

Your fan, your follower, your playmate, your sounding board - your sister!

She is the sweetest and most beautiful creation of yours, your special connection of love and tenderness, a future who you help shape, your affectionate and adoring girl- your daughter.

Women contribute continuously in all their roles of life with the same enthusiasm, dedication, patience, love, passion, responsibility, and wisdom. But, it is possible they may be missing to take care of one personality during their multifaceted role-playing, - themselves!

No, this is not about girl power, feminism, and women's lib! This is just recognizing the importance of you, yourself or the woman in your life!

You are "A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON, WOMAN" in capitals and bold! Please realize that and take care of yourself, also inspire and influence every woman you know to take care of herself.

Well, the reality is - life is fragile and it's in our hands to make our life healthy, happy, long and beautiful.

Amongst the many things of life where we need to stand strong, we have one big cause we women need to fight against- the fact that "Breast Cancer is the second leading cause of death among women" and early detection is the only key to preventing and surviving breast cancer. This moment, this day, this month, the 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month', lets get aware that our life is in our hands, and our lives are important, not only to oneself, but to everyone who loves and cares for you!

We women are born survivors and winners, there are many amongst us who have won their war against cancer, there are some who are still fighting their battles in life, but there are some who have lost. This reminds us to vow to take care of our bodies and health and promise to celebrate life.

Please take care, woman.
