My Mother
Seema Govil

For most of us our Mothers are our first heroes. Without knowing we try to emulate them in every possible way and we become what they make of us. For mothers too their children are more precious than the entire wealth of the world.

Our dear Colleague, Seema shares her innermost sentiments about her mother with us through the letter she had written to her mother in '99. Unfortunately Seema lost her mother in March this year. Our heart goes out to Seema in her moment of despair. We thank her for sharing this letter with us, because it will give courage to those of us who have faced this loss and to others who take their parents for granted. Seema found this letter in the safe where her mother had put it with other precious documents. Nothing can be more precious to our parents than us and nothing can mean more to them than our love for them
It is never too late to say Thank You, Mom
