Also in his other book "ARCTIC HOME IN THE VEDAS" he has given ample evidence from Rig-Veda showing that Aryans did migrate from Arctic region to southwards due to the hostile conditions that were rendered by last ice-age . Rames comments : The Rigvedic river Saraswati (daughter of the lake,sea) or Vaksu is no other than Oxus (Amu Darya), the Saras in this case being the Aral Lake (which 5000 years ago was 5 times larger in surface)
Kamboj comments : Sarasvati means daughter of the sea(lake). Another name of the devi sarasvati is vaks (speech). Vaks(u) (sarasvati) is same as oxus. Drisdavati is same as Jaks-sar(i)tes. Jaks is a corruption of caksu or aks which both mean eye as does drishda. The one river signifies speech, the other sight. (Relationship with Ik-svaku perhaps?)
Juven Bachan comments : Sir, I think you may be right about the Saraswati river mentioned in the Rig Veda. It is presumed that India was occupied by the beautiful Dravidian people thousands of years ago. As such my theory is that they knew the river by another name before the Aryans came into India. Frawley, Rajaram and the others who deny the invasion of the Aryans theory then then stand on uneven ground. They cannot propose such a theory without investigating the facts. They cannot do this since they cannot decipher the Indus script and these are the people who must have known the river in their own language.
