Dr Uma Asopa comments : Thanks Mr Jagdish for bringing out the clarity of this subject which is rarely done on grounds of sounding pro Indian Government ..I think Kashmiri separatists don't really understand what freedom on concrete grounds will mean from them..they are indeed very much the losers and are perpetuating sufferings of common Kashmiris by not listening to moderates amongst them .I genuinely think that more and more Kashmiri people would see the light of this practical truth and come out of their dark alley of tormented feelings towards India. I know it is a very wishful thinking in view of the fact that our neighbor would not let these enlightened people have a chance. Only if we (people and government) could do enough to signal beginning of a healing process.

If other Un Security Council resolutions can be implemented by the use of force why not the UNSC resolutions no 91 and 112 which guarantee the right of self determination to the people of Kashmr.India claims to be the largest democracy of the world but it can not accept the verdict of the Kashmiri people who want complete withdrawal of Indian occuption army from their land.85000 innocent Kashmiri civilians including women and childern were massacred by the Indian army since 1989.There is no solution of Kashmir dispute with the limits of Indian Union or Indian constitution.Kashmiris have been on the receiving end for last 56 years ,now they are in a position to return India the taste of its' own medicine.No human rights organization is allowed in Kashmir. Deposed Dogra Majaraja had no right to join India against the wishes of the people of Kashmir.Why India failed the civilized world to held plebiscite in Kashmir as it made solmen commitment not only to the Kashmiri people but to the UN.because india is scared that the Kashmiri people will never vote for it. the useless exercise of Shame state assambly election has no meanings as indian occuption of Kashmir has no legal or moral justification.Kashmiri mass resistance struggle is purely indignus,it has nothing to do with terrorism as India claims.The killing of 85000 Kashmiris and gang rape of thousand of Kashmiri women in the hands of Indian army is the worst kind of state terrorism against occuoied people.History shows that aggressors are always defeated,so shall India.
