N Waris comments : I am a PCOS patient. I was diagnosed with it two years ago and I was on medicine. I had stopped my treatment during my second pregnancy and for four months after child birth. I have had to watch my weight but I also know I feel very hungary.
Is feeling too hungary one of the symptoms as well?
Any treatment to stop hair fall, hair growth on body or weight gain in your knowledge?
I look forward to more information in your future articles.

Cecelia Sanchez comments : i was diagnosed in 1999 with pcos. Recently i am being tested for cervical cancer after a abnormal pap test and leep procedure. I am scared. I have major hair on face and acne. I have a 9 year old daughter and have been infertile for 8 years. Does anyone know of any links between cervical cancer and Pcos?
Claire Gerwien comments : Than ks very much for this article - any awareness of this illness is valuable and it getting the focus it deserves. I am a PCOer and believe me it is not an easy to live with or deal with but with help from Collette Harris' books I am feeling more able to cope and positive about my outlook. It is serious and I have been near-suicuidally depressed with the hormone surges and food cravings, excess hair and acne and I am of a normal weight (perhaps due to having had an eating disorder in my early life - with a possible link to my PCOS who knows). It affects women emotionally, mentally and physically so please keep up your research to help us ladies!! Also I want to pass info onto my brother - he's got early baldness, thohgt he had diabetes (but hasn't) and is obese....all signs that this condition may well affect siblings alike I fear...any more news on this please? Claire.

Sandra Sinat comments : Hi... It was highly informative article...I am 22 years old... and doubtful to have PCOs...but wanted to know, can one of the symptoms be "Polymenorrhoea"? as I became sensitive while my periods happened sooner and sooner than the supposed time,...now am taking Cyproteron acetate(Diane 35)..and its regular now...we have had not diabetic or genetical background related to PCO...am so worried about it... is not there any certain cure for ever for it?
