Subrata Dutta, born in Assam is now settled in Dimapur, Nagaland, India. He has been writing poems in Bengali, his mother tongue, since his school days. Recently he has started writing in English. Love and separations inspire him in writing. Poverty and anguish are also strong inspirations for his poetry.
